Hi , My name is Christine. I live in the great state of Ky and am married to a wonderful husband. I'm very active in my church and love people. I feel like I've been on a diet my whole life. I've done everything imaginable and tried all kinds of diets and hope this time is the charm !

This is 2015 ! I ended 2014 with a yearly gain ! Not happy about it but it is what it is ! I DO NOT want to regain all my weight so I must NIP THIS IN THE BUD !! I must get my focus back and remember my goals. I never could push through my plateau and after a year I kinda gave up. slowly old habits crept back in and bad foods too ! I am having some knee and back issues so I hope that doesn't keep me from my goals but I aim to get back to it !!

Now its 2014 and I am trying to get the last half of my weight loss done !! I lost 55 pds in 2012 and I worked hard in 2013 only to maintain that loss. I need all the support of my spark friends who have done this to help me through !

Started the simple diet in feb 2012 and am walking and watching what I eat !

Personal Information:
I have been on diets every since my mid twenties and my weight had yo yoed quite a bit but after going through menapause and having thyroid surgery , It ballooned to an all time high !


Other Information:
I am just tired of not liking what I see in the mirror or pictures. I want to be able to walk and tour and do things on vacation. I want to feel "normal" instead of "heavy" . I want to feel my age instead of like an eighty year old !
I want to be able to climb stairs without getting outta breath !

    I hope you are doing well! It seems for me, if I have an extra amount of fun during a week- I gain... Maybe because (for me) food is in the mix with FUN... Not sure- but something to think about.
