My Goals:
Walking and dancing without having to stop to catch my breath.
Live a healthy, happy life, without meds and without having to be on oxygen.

My Program:
I set small goals daily which helps me to work at achieve them. I eat veggies and fruits everyday and work at eating a low fat, healthier diet. I exercise and move more than I ever have. I wear a pedometer to log steps and dance everyday!

Personal Information:
I was born in Denver, Colorado but now live in Aurora, Colorado, about 7 years now. My name is Patricia but fmost everyone calls me Pat. I have been married for or 24 years. My husband is from Mexico City, Mexico and we have one son who is now 24 years old. I love to Tole paint and do crafts as hobbies. I paint alot of glass ornaments at Christmas time and basically anything that doesn't move gets painted!. I enjoy crossword puzzles, word searches and have begun writing blogs and poems since I joined Spark.

Other Information:
I love the mountains of Colorado but I am afraid of heights. Estes Park is one of my favorite mountain retreats. I like to watch movies: Sandra Bullock, George Clooney, Leonardo DiCaprio are favorites. I love to watch Christmas movies and romantic comedies. I like to go to Blackhawk, the casino town in Colorado, but don't like losing money!
