Goals:
1. Get 8 hours of sleep a day.
2. Drink at least 8 cups or water a day.
3. Do cardio and strength training every day for at least 30 minutes.
4. Eat within the calories that was provided by spark.

My Program:
I am trying to stay motivated. I'm one of those people that if I dont see immediate results I give up.. I need friends and motivation to keep going constantly.

Therefore I pray that you find my testimony motivational and inspirational. Firt, i have yet to design my Spark page. I am amember of the challenge and look forward to completion, I am a premium member of Bally's for 21 years in which I have tave taken advantage of wsince joining SparkPeople.com by utilizing my membership. Just checking to see how many locals we have here on Spark. Most of the Utah activity is up north. I am always on the lookout for finding a local group of people who may want to get together and motivate each other.
