Goals: 1. Get 8 hours of sleep a day. 2. Drink at least 8 cups or water a day. 3. Do cardio and strength training every day for at least 30 minutes. 4. Eat within the calories that was provided by spark.
I am trying to stay motivated. I'm one of those people that if I dont see immediate results I give up.. I need friends and motivation to keep going constantly. HELP ME!

Just checking to see how many locals we have here on Spark. Most of the Utah activity is up north. I am always on the lookout for finding a local group of people who may want to get together and motivate each other.
