I'm Done

I'm done lying to myself about how much I'm eating. I'm done lying to myself about "this time I'm going to stick to this exercise thing". I'm done starting new Spark pages because it's been so long since I logged in I forgot my user name. I'm done with sore ankles and knees. I'm done hating the way I look in photos (it's the angle, right? I don't really have a double chin!). I'm done shopping at the "plus sized" stores and wearing xxl and 16/18. I'm done not feeling sexy for my husband.

My Goals:
February Mini Goals:

-Fiber - get 30 grams in every day.

-Calories - stop kidding yourself about "cheat days" - you're having too many of them. Stay in plan with 1400-1600/day.

-Strength Training - add in body-weight exercises to build muscle mass: pushups, lunges, squats, wall sits; plus some arm exercises uses weights

-Cardio - get 175 minutes of cardio each week


Weight loss goals:

2/28 - 12 lbs total loss

3/15 - 15 lbs total loss (my 39th birthday!!!)

4/16 - 25 lbs total loss (my anniversary!!!!)

7/4 - 40 lbs total loss

Labor Day - 55 lbs lost - Goal Weight

Fitness Goals:

- Run 1 mile in 11 min.

- Do 10 regular push-ups

- Lose 2" off each arm

Vanity Goals:

- Fit size 14 jeans.

- Fit size 12 jeans.

- Fit into size 10 jeans.

- Confidently wear a tank-top without worrying about my fat arms.


My Program:
Cook healthy dinners 5xs per week.

No fast-food lunches.

Curb mindless evening snacking!!!!

80 oz of water/day

Cardio 4xs/week.

Weights 3xs/week.

Personal Information:
I'm 5'9" and have about 55 lbs to lose.

I live in the great state of Texas!
