My Goals:
My over-all goal is to be healthy. Loosing weight is a big [pun intended] component to attain that goal.
I now pay close attention and journal as well as track here, everything I put in my mouth. Portion control has always been an issue with me too. *sigh*
To MOVE! more and often ...

My Program:
I don't like the word 'exercise'. lol
I am trying to keep moving, even while on the computer or watching TV. I need to be way more active! I am walking daily. The plan is to increase the distance weekly.
... also to watch my carb intake, and be mindful at night when I think I need a snack. That's a hard time for me. Always been a night time snacker.

I'm recently retired and hope to be able to work again [part time] soon.
