I'm ready for a new journey. One that includes getting fit and healthy..... Zumba is my new favorite calorie burner. I have lots of reasons to get healthy but my main reason is to get rid of Diabetes. I hate it with all of my being. O, my twin and I are going to train to be able to run at least 4 5k's next year and get healthy together! I also love hiking, walking and designing jewelry!

My Goals:
I'm on a mission to lose 100+ pounds. I am starting today bcuz today is the first day of the rest of my life and I'm living it as if its my last.

Off all diabetes medicine by June 1, 11 (12/7/10 DR called n I'm going to have meds reduced in Jan. Whoot whoo!)

There is a difference between interest and commitment. When you are interested in somethig, you do it only when its convenient. When you are committed to something you accept no excuses only results.
