Personal Information:
I'm fat. So what? I think of my fat as weights. I can use my extra weight as muscle building material. Use it to my advantage. I'm dragging it along for a run, carrying it up the hill, lifting it when I push, never letting it down.

Crowd out poor health habits. Choose activity before TV. Eat 3 veggies first for each meal. You will crowd out the less healthy choices.
