My Goals:
April 15 2016 - 230 lbs.
Able to do 10 pull-ups and dips.

June 15 2016 - 215 lbs.
Able to jog 5k, 15 reps of 50 lb dumbbells, 20 weighted pull-ups, know weightlifting jargon. This is when me and NEOMATTLAC will be competing in a obstacle course 5k AND strength war.

July 24 2015 - 210 lbs.
Obvious muscle mass, much less fat.
Reward for 180 lb: Otakon 2016 as Makunoichi Ippo, Goku, and Steve Rogers.

My Program:
Couch to 5k.
Beginning lifting routine.
Adding more vegetables, not buying any more junk.

Personal Information:
I am currently in training to be a dietitian, but like all the rest of y'all I have trouble applying the basics for weight loss. At one point I had gotten down to below 210 lbs, which made me no longer classified as obese. This is a major goal for me. Other major goals include beating my bro at strength war in June 2016 and getting under 200 lbs by college graduation in 2017.

Crowd out poor health habits. Choose activity before TV. Eat 3 veggies first for each meal. You will crowd out the less healthy choices.
