I'm in this for the long haul - a lifestyle, NOT a diet. Weight loss is very slow due to hypothyroidism and medication.
To mix things up, I'm in a "starting over" phase, by joining a Spark Challenge and trying out the new Spark Coach. We'll see how that goes.

My Goals:
I would like to lose my last 20 pounds.
I also want to learn to stay active during the winter. It's easy the rest of the year when I can get outside to play tennis.
My Program:
I used to be on Weight Watchers, using their online tools. I want to track more than what WW has available (sodium, potassium, calcium).
I also have a full gym available at work (free of charge) for the first time. I plan to use it.
