The Slow Steady Road to Success
I am currently struggling with depression for about 6yrs and have gained a lot of weight since I left high school (miss phys ed) people think they are too old to do it) I also have a small bone structure so the weight I have really bothers my back and knee joints which pop and crack. Stay physically active Continue to eat better each day. replace old with new and allowing a slip somtimes. Accpting and managing my depression along with a host of other things.
My Program:
Yoga and meditation daily. Doing my best to be consistent. Meditation I can't tell if it's working, but yoga is helping as best it can to lower stress inside
