Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving
safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways,
Champagne in one hand, strawberries in the other, thoroughly used up,
totally worn out and screaming WOO HOO what a ride!
~Unknown Author~

Enjoy the ride!!! Happy Saturday.

Blessed are those who can

give without remembering

and take without forgetting.

I had to think about this one for a couple moments and then realized this is very profound and revela the secret of what makes a great person.

May your Monday be as Marvelous as you are!!

When we honestly ask ourselves which person in our lives mean the most to us, we often find that it is those who, instead of giving advice, solutions, or cures, have chosen rather to share our pain and touch our wounds with a warm and tender hand. The friend who can be silent with us in a moment of despair or confusion, who can stay with us in an hour of grief and bereavement, who can tolerate not knowing, not curing, not healing and face with us the reality of our powerlessness, that is a friend who cares. ~Henri Nouwen

Thank you for being a caring friend who is there when I need it.

Wishing you a Serene Sunday.
