As a fat kid, fat teen, fat adult, I dreamed of being a normal weight. Well, finally, I'm 80+ lbs below my all time high; 50 pounds below Dec. 2008 weight. In 2009 I achieved healthy BMI 25. Then with SparkPeople I was able to achieve BMI 21, a weight I "always" wanted! Check out my SparkPeople Success Story:

    1. You get to start fresh emoticon
    2. You have a whole week ahead to make it a good one emoticon
    3. Monday is the day you are least likely to see rain emoticon
    4. Morning coffee! emoticon
    5. If you had a bad week, you can put it behind you! emoticon

Thanks for commenting on my blog. I find it interesting that those in your Galloway group are using a shorter ratio of the run/walk. I am trying to find the right ratio for me. You say you are going to run a half and are going for a 2:25 time using 65:25 -- I'd really to hear how that turns out for you. May I ask what's your planned speed of the run/walk. That is another thing i have a hard time figuring out. Do I go all out or what % on the run?
