Half-Fast Old Lady Maintaining 80 Pound Loss with SP & Relentless Determination!

My Goals:
* Maintain 80+ pound loss.
* Focus on eating sensibly, healthy foods enjoyed with dignity. Go back to tracking if average weight exceeds 132 pounds.
* Keep on running. Go for PRs.

1 Mile = 8:47 (4/13)

My Program:
Clean SWEEP:

Clean = eat with dignity
S = 7-8 hrs sleep
W = 8 glasses water
E = eat healthy
E = exercise 6 times/wk
P = persistence



Personal Information:
65 years old, 5'6", 129-134 pounds. Retired social worker-grant writer-nonprofit administrator. One adult daughter. I keep my two darling granddaughters 4-6 days a week when my DD & DSIL work. Weigh less right now than I did in junior high. Have struggled with weight all my life, but I just may have it now!!

You don't have to be perfect to succeed, but you do have to be determined. Never, never, never give up!

Thank you for your comment on my Blog.
Congratulations on getting to your goal weight. I am also looking at getting back to the weight I was during my 20's which is around 57kgs . Am initially aiming for 60kgs and see how things look.
I also have started running again, and love it. Just going slowly as I have a tight Rt Gluteal muscle that needs periodic stretching.
Certainly not letting age get in the way of my health and fitness.
