Maintaining 80 Pound Loss with SP & Relentless Determination!

I'm 80+ lbs below my all time high and I've lost over 50 pounds since Dec. 2008. In 2009 I achieved a healthy BMI 25. Then with SparkPeople I was able to achieve BMI 21, a weight I always wanted!

Clean SWEEP:

Clean = eat with dignity
S = 7-8 hrs sleep
W = 8 glasses water
E = eat healthy
E = exercise 6 times/wk
P = persistence



Personal Information:
65 years old, 5'6", 127-131 pounds. Retired social worker-grant writer-nonprofit administrator. One adult daughter. I keep my two darling granddaughters 6 days a week when my DD & DSIL work. Weigh less right now than I did in junior high. Have struggled with weight all my life, but I just may have it now!!

Other Information:
You don't have to be perfect to succeed, but you do have to be determined. Never, never, never give up!

I totally agree that I could have managed that crazy buffet. That is why I am so happy to be getting back onto a food plan. I'm not quite there yet, and that is a strange limbo. I do much better when I am in full Beck mode. Soon!!!

SLENDERELLA thanks for your comment on my blog! My Fitbit counts my steps while I sleep -- and I don't sleep walk! One night it actually recorded over 200 steps. My husband was not surprised!
