So glad you are seeing some progress! I just had a feeling the hard soles of your feet would take longer to heal. I had been told that diabetics have problems with cracked heels and it is difficult to heal. I admire you for hanging in there and doing such a great job sticking with the plan! Hang in there. I think the day is coming when you will be well again!

"Successful and unsuccessful people do not vary greatly in their abilities. They vary in their desires to reach their potential."

Let us all determine what we want and focus on making it happen.

Do you choose to simply know the path, or do you choose to walk it?

We fail because we don't strike the iron while it's hot. We don't take immediate action toward achieving what we want. We decide to wait until tomorrow, or next week, or even next month.

It comes down to a simple question: what do you want out of life, and what are you willing to do to get it?

All great questions that we need to ask ourselves so that we can reach our goals. We need to not be our own worst enemy!

Have a Sparktacular week.
