Maintaining 80 Pound Loss

I'm 80+ lbs below my all time high and I've lost over 50 pounds since Dec. 2008. In 2009 I achieved a healthy BMI 25. Then with SparkPeople I was able to achieve BMI 21, a weight I always wanted!

Clean SWEEP:

Clean = eat with dignity
S = 7-8 hrs sleep
W = 8 glasses water
E = eat healthy
E = exercise 6 times/wk
P = persistence





Personal Information:
66 years old, 5'6", 125-131 pounds. (129 is ticker goal weight right now) Retired social worker-grant writer-nonprofit administrator. One adult daughter. I keep my two darling granddaughters 6 days a week when my DD & DSIL work. Weigh less right now than I did in junior high. Have struggled with weight all my life, but I just may have it now!!

Other Information:
You don't have to be perfect to succeed, but you do have to be determined. Never, never, never give up!

Thanks for the goodie and your constant inspiration! I follow your blogs..... In good, bad and those other times that we all have! It is your blogs and your own story that have inspired me to get on with it and I had no knowledge of Beck before you. I have now read and am a pink follower, and have bought blue now too!

Really enjoyed catching up on your new year blogs. Your honesty is appreciated. It helps me feel more human. I have followed your maintenace for years now and you give me hope but you also remind me of the eternal diligence it takes. Getting back to Beck basics too...
