As a fat kid, fat teen, fat adult, I dreamed of being a normal weight. Well, finally, I'm 80+ lbs below my all time high; 50 pounds below Dec. 2008 weight. In 2009 I achieved healthy BMI 25. Then with SparkPeople I was able to achieve BMI 21, a weight I "always" wanted! Check out my SparkPeople Success Story:

My Goals:
* Maintain 80+ pound loss with 129 pounds as the center of my goal weight range
* Focus on eating sensibly, healthy foods enjoyed with dignity.
* Keep on running for fun and fitness! Enjoy any age group awards without stressing for them.

.5 Mile=4:01 (12/21/13)
1 Mile = 8:47 (4/13)
5K = 27:33 (4/13/13)
10K = 1:01:13 (3/16/13)
HM =2:26:02 (11/24/13)

Clean SWEEP:

Clean = eat with dignity
S = 7-8 hrs sleep
W = 8 glasses water
E = eat healthy
E = exercise 6 times/wk
P = persistence

Personal Information:
66 years old, 5'6", maintaining around 129 pounds. Retired social worker-grant writer-nonprofit administrator. One adult daughter. I keep my two darling granddaughters 6 days a week when my DD & DSIL work. Weigh less right now than I did in junior high. Have struggled with weight all my life, but I just may have it now!!

    You won't miss me because I WILL check in with you every day...not taking a scale so have to account to you for food and accountability. Only for 3.5 days.

    I DID get the pants done last night they were jeans.....had to be done on the machine....but are DONE now!

    Let's see if I can get this one sent...but OH....did not cave last night to candy of either kind and giving myself CREDIT bigtime per your reminder! I do see that on SEAJESS' blog I'm not the only one that has a hard time giving myself CREDIT....but always remind myself when I think of you! emoticon so thanks for that!

    Haven't been successful with microwave sweet potato chips either -- they burned!! Glad ot hear that your psoriasis may again permit a bit more food experimentation!

    Reporting here to you....hope it's okay! DAY ONE down! I made it! NIGHT is the worst for me before going to sleep but day ONE is day ONE! I SHALL make it! Thanks for being so supportive even though I keep messing this up...feel SO stupid!
