Ready for Change

So I'm back! I was here in 2009 (as you can tell from my name) and had good success with SP. Went from 190 to 170. Then, I was in the 170s for the longest time and just complacent with my weight. In May 2011 I got pregnant (yay!) and at that time the scale read 184.

Fast forward- January 1, 2012- our baby boy arrives. Awesome! the scale on the day I had him was 224. On the day I came home with him, 211.

On March 4, I joined Weight Watchers- I was 204 and within 3-4 ...

On March 4, I joined Weight Watchers- I was 204 and within 3-4 months I got down to 175.

Since the autumn of 2012 I've slowly climbed up the scale and was at 194 in the spring of 2013.

Such is the never-ending struggle. Can I stop this insanity and be naturally slim? Can I work through my issues with my body and food? I'm sure many women can identify with this struggle - and I would love to connect with you and share stories (and hopefully successes!).

My ultimate goal is 145. But right now, I'm setting my sites on 160.

Thanks for visiting my blog! I didn't think the cat was very cute at the time but all's well that ends well. He certainly keeps us on our toes.
