    Glad to hear that you got to yoga! You must feel so much better today! My week is going pretty well :) I'm starting to really LOVE my routine, but I know I'm coming up on the tough 3-week mark that could mean a few walls to break through. It's a bit intimidating, but I think I may finally have everything I need to just make it work!

    Zumba is so fun! I go to an exercise class almost every day and Zumba is always so packed. I feel a little out of place there, all my movements are so rigid and everyone else's fluidity of motion is so much better than mine.

    I'm pretty good with getting my exercise in. I walk everywhere and go to the gym a lot. I have such a hard time controlling what goes in my mouth though! I just can't tell myself "no". I end up having to exercise more to compensate :/
