Getting that figure back!!!

Being in college and on birth control killed my figure the drinking didn't help either. One day I realized I was pushing 170 and my love of salt put my blood pressure levels in danger. It was then I realized things needed to change. The athlete I once was, was not shaking her head in shame.

Last year I did a mini- triathalon and I 'm doing it again this year in addition to a full triathalon. Now the athlete in me is smiling and I'm attaching my weight gain one pound at a time!

Glad to hear that you got to yoga! You must feel so much better today! My week is going pretty well :) I'm starting to really LOVE my routine, but I know I'm coming up on the tough 3-week mark that could mean a few walls to break through. It's a bit intimidating, but I think I may finally have everything I need to just make it work!

We're in the same 20-somethings group and I feel like our stories are a bit similar, so I thought I'd reach out, shoot you a friend request and say hi! Hope you make it to yoga like you'd mentioned on the msg board; sounds like the perfect antidote!

Zumba is so fun! I go to an exercise class almost every day and Zumba is always so packed. I feel a little out of place there, all my movements are so rigid and everyone else's fluidity of motion is so much better than mine.

I'm pretty good with getting my exercise in. I walk everywhere and go to the gym a lot. I have such a hard time controlling what goes in my mouth though! I just can't tell myself "no". I end up having to exercise more to compensate :/

Hey there.
I noticed that we are about the same height and have nearly the same weight goals :)

What kind of exercise are you doing to keep in shape?
