Thanks for your words of encouragement!

My 12 week challenge has been going well... I've lost 10 pounds in 7 weeks.
The doctor told me to lose 10-15 pounds so I've got 5 more to go.
I've lost and gained back weight so many times throughout my life.
Now, like you, I'm finally making a life-style change that I can keep doing and not gain the weight back again.
