Well I've been around for 3 years now. The initial 20 lbs. are off again. Way back in the beginning: The harder I tried the more challenges I faced- I have persevered despite no losses showing on the scale and learned to see other measures of my success. Being diabetic, my blood sugar is a major indicator of successful results. When I started on SP, my bs were in the 13-15 range for early a.m, now I have my AIC go down to 6.9, and I'm still here and getting motivated again. So, there are successes other than on the scale.

JESUS (the sweetest name I know) ~

His shed blood means we can live each day in His forgiveness.

His resurrection means we can walk constantly in newness of life.

His day of victory makes all our days complete!

Praying His Very Best Is Yours this Easter Season!

For in Him we live & move & have our being. ~ Acts 17:28 NIV

There will never be another act of love
so pure or triumph
so celebrated
as the humility of the cross
& the miracle of the empty tomb.

Bonnie Jensen

Have a wonderful time of rejoicing in the Resurrection!

Thanks for your feedback on my blog! I do find a nice warm bath relaxing - I usually take a book to read as well - double relaxing! Come out looking like a lobster emoticon

I'm so sorry things are going that way for you right now. Each of us has so much to deal with, without a lack of support on the home front. I do appreciate your comments and yes, sometimes misery just does want a little company. emoticon

HAHAHA! You made me laugh when you said that this time we should put those lost extra pounds in a place where it would be harder to find them again.

Thank you so much for reading my hibernation blog yesterday and for your comments. I think we might be in very much the same place, and I think we're as determined as heck to move on!

Have a great day, Lila. And thank you again for your friendship.
:) Gail
