I would like to lose 10 kilos so that I get a healthier BMI ratio. I also want to lower my cholesterol so that it gets back into the healthy range. Hopefully this will lead to clothes fitting me better because I love wearing nice clothes!
I'm doing a calorie counted diet using a combination of spark people menus and food and recipes that I like. I am walking most days and doing pilates once a week. I also do a gym weights/toning workout once or twice a week.

In a recent check-up with my personal trainer at the gym I found out that I have increased my muscle mass (and reduced the amount of fat just a little so yay for me!)
