*I am a SAHM, 1/2 share-holder in a 6-person blended family (Kiki-9, Bean-8, Dolly-6, & Ace-5), caretaker, chef and nutritionist, law-enforcer, maid, tutor, friend and playmate. (My husband is the nurturer).

*I live near Calgary, Alberta.

*I love Border Collies and own one named Bongo who is 14 months old.

*Adopted a mixed breed October 2013 named Violet who is about 13 months old.

*I can admit to a little OCD, depression and binge drinking and emotional eating BUT *I* am taking control and learning to manage it all!

Thanks for your support on my blog. Although I disappointed myself, I know I can turn things around. And it is a lifestyle change after all. So the quest is not to overeat while on holiday, and keep doing what I do well, when I am on my own, and at home.
