My Goals:
I want to have the energy to square dance again! We have practically given it up because I simply can't maintain the pace. I need to change that.

I want to be able to walk around cities and museums when I travel. Visiting places is so much better on foot.

I'd like to be able to wear the dress I bought for my fifth anniversary (back in 1992). Back then I was about 150 pounds (and I thought I was fat then!). I'll have to lose 75 pounds to reach that milestone.

My Program:
I'm trying to get back to religiously tracking my diet and exercise! I've neglected my health while I work on other project in my life (school & remodel).

Personal Information:
I live in Portland, Oregon.

Other Information:
I am an avid researcher; my current research is related to restoring our 1912 Craftsman house to original condition (or what it could have been).

Thanks for commenting on my activity feed. We are just cleaning out the bedroom and finding somewhere for all the stuff to go. Considering we started Monday and worked 3 days on it and still have a lot more to move. We are going to paint, re-floor, and update our bedroom. Ugh! ((HUGS)) Linda Kay
