Hi! I'm Shannon and I'm looking to lose some weight. A few years ago I lost around 150 pounds, but have gained about 40 pounds back since then. I'm working on getting back in shape and toning up. My Goals:
1. Get back under 200 pounds. 2. Get back to personal low of 175 pounds. 3. Build muscle/Tone up 4. Get down to goal weight of 160 pounds 5. Quit smoking -DONE! 6. Fit into the wedding dress I just bought (with enough time to have it altered before my November, 2012 wedding :)
My Program:
Diet: I'm trying to develop a plan that works for me. I'm a picky vegetarian and I get bored easily so it's hard for me to stick to a diet plan. Exercise: I slacked off for about a year, now I'm getting back into it. I've been using my elliptical machine, hula hoop, and the SparkPeople 28 day boot camp workouts mostly. I've also been using my Core Fusion DVD for upper body work and my Crunch Yoga/Pilates workout when I can. I just bought 10 workout videos (Yoga, Kick boxing, boot camp, and pilates) so I'm hoping to shake things up and actually lose some weight.
