I really do not talk much about myself. I mainly listen to others and encourage them. Currently I am stuck in my weight loss goal. I have not lost any weight in the past year and this makes me sad. I did gain ten pounds and subsequently lost that, but no real weight lost. Lately I have gained three pounds, which I really need to lose. This is hard because sometimes I really want someone to talk to and no one is there. I would like a workout buddy. At least I have not lost my motivation. I am still motivated to lose weight even though the scale is not moving toward lesser weight.

My Goals:
I would really love to lose 100pounds. If I cannot accomplish this, then I would really love to get fit and at the same time, lose some weight. I have lost about 40 pounds, but getting the rest of the weight off seems difficult.

My Program:
Change my eating habits and exercise more. I really need to create a diet plan and stick with it!

Personal Information:
I am from Kansas. I am a grandma, but I have never met my grandchild.

Other Information:
I love to read. I have read all of the James Patterson novels to date. I also like Harlan Coben, Dean Koontz and Joyce Carol Oates. I love listening to music. The music gets me going.

Hey girl! Thanks for visiting my page! I sorta have a routine. I haven't done much lately cause 2 weeks ago I ran/walked and the next day I couldn't walk. My feet were killing me and it took a week to recover. So now I am just walking :( no running. I am going to miss it. But each time I run I hurt and then don't get any exercise for fear of really doing some damage. But next week I am going to start getting up at 5 am each morning and taking Lady for a walk (about 1 mile). Hoping that when I lose some more weight I will be able to start running again.
