Let's Do It... Again

I start and stop and start and stop and start and stop. This time I plan to finish.

I've been on diets on and off since I was in high school. I don't want to lose weight for a specific milestone or necessarily get on the fast track. But what I do want to do is to lose weight so that I'm comfortable in my clothes and more importantly, in my skin. I want to be healthier. And I want to adopt a healthy, active lifestyle so that when we start a family, we can set a great example for ...

My husband is a Captain in the U.S. Army so he's in great shape. Over the next few months I would like to be able to pass the Army Physical Fitness test so that I can keep up with him:)
