emoticon just dropping by to wish you a WONDERFUL Wednesday and share with you a quote by Steve Young:

“The principle is competing against yourself. It's about self-improvement, about being better than you were the day before”

So, remember, all you have to do today is something that is better than the day before! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

emoticon My thought for today is by Phyllis Bottome:

" There are two ways of meeting difficulties. You alter the difficulties or you alter yourself to meet them."

Here's to altering yourself so that you can achieve all of the difficulties facing you in this lifestyle journey1

Wishing You A Great Thursday!

Hi Sharon! I saw your post on living binge free. It looks we have the same pattern..do well for a while and then fall completely off the wagon...I am adding you as a friend because I think we can help each other!

emoticon Today's quote is by C. JoyBell C.:

“The only way that we can live, is if we grow. The only way that we can grow is if we change. The only way that we can change is if we learn. The only way we can learn is if we are exposed. And the only way that we can become exposed is if we throw ourselves out into the open. Do it. Throw yourself.”

So, our challenge this week is to do it and throw ourselves into the open so we can grow and live our healthier new lifestyle and enjoy the ride! Have a fantabulous new week! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
