Trying to stay fit!!!

These are my goals:

1) 10,000 steps daily

2)strength training 3x weekly

3)get outdoors every weekend for a family outing.

4)eat clean and track food daily (this is where I mess up)

5) read a blog daily

6) stay away from the potato chip aisle.
