My Goals:
My goal, ultimately, is to transform myself into a healthy active person. My current goal is to lose 75 pounds by 8/11 which is my birthday.
My Program:
I am tracking my nutrition and exercising daily(joined the 28 day boot camp challenge). I am also trying to surround myself with people who have similar goals.
