My goal is to get healthier so I can get older without health complications like diabetes, which runs in my family.
I try to lift weights a minimum of 2 days a week and do some form of cardio 3 days a week. I also participate in organized walks (I am now up to 15 kilometers-approx. 9 miles) in the weekend.
I was born and raised in Virginia, but moved to Holland in 2000 to be with my husband Han. I don't have any children, although my cat Audrey and my 2 ferrets Diablo and Goldie are my furbabies.
I love to read, and my favorite author is Stephen King.
