Before doing this event I would make absolutely sure you are rock solid on attacking multiple large hills. There are 2 hills in particular that are extremely tough to climb. I can send you a link to the elevation profile. The run course is pretty tame and very well supported. If you google people's blogs about rev3 Wisconsin they pretty much say the same thing that the hills on the 70.3 course were merciless...

I give Rev3 a 5 out of 5 for a well run race. They were outstanding in every way in my book.

Thanks for reading my blog and commenting. I just got a BodyMedia FIT Core last week and started wearing that so I've gotten a little feedback on my sleep. Hopefully the combination of the app and my FIT Core will help me to figure out a way to improve my sleep and the quality.
