My Goals:
I want to look good, feel healthy and confident, and have the energy to carry me through my busy days.

My Program:
1. Eat 5+ freggies per day.

2. Stay in calorie range at least 6 days per week.

3. Walk at least 4 days per week. When ready, begin walk/running.

4. Do yoga or exercise DVDs twice weekly for strength and flexibility.

5. Stay in touch with my Spark buddies for fun and motivation.
