My Goals:
I want to look good, feel healthy and confident, and have the energy to carry me through my busy days.

My Program:
1. Eat 5+ freggies per day.

2. Stay in calorie range at least 6 days per week.

3. Walk at least 4 days per week. When ready, begin walk/running.

4. Do yoga or exercise DVDs twice weekly for strength and flexibility.

5. Stay in touch with my Spark buddies for fun and motivation.

emoticon Ahoy My Pirate Friend!!!! Are you ready to set sail tomorrow!! Jump aboard and grab whatever it takes for you to get going! You don't want to start the first day by walking the plank!!
