Sam's Life Change

I have been here a few times over the years. I know SP works. Right now I'm mostly using SP for blogging and vlogging. I prefer my LoseIt App for tracking food. And right now I actually don't really log my workouts, except on Nexercise, but that's just for my Mpoints.

Right now I"m focused on MOVEMENT. I need to just get my butt moving. So 6 days a week, movement is MANDATORY!!! 10,000 steps a day is also MANDATORY! I'm starting there, and we'll see where it goes...

My Goals:
So the wedding came and went, I lost 20lbs before it, and then once I came back from the honeymoon, never got back into the swing of things. Almost 15 lbs later I realized I was happier before the weight came back, so goal #1 get back to the 184 I was the days got married. Then work towards 150!

Mini Goals:
To be 10lbs lighter by October 12th.

To actually get off my butt and incorporate strength training in my weekly life.

My Program:
10,000 steps a day!

Some form of a workout 6 days a week. Even if it's just a walk. MOVEMENT is key!

Personal Information:
I live in Swartz Creek, MI. Mother of 2. Married my soulmate October 2012.

Other Information:
I LOVE to read. I just feel like I never have time for it. But when I do read and I'm really into a book, I CANNOT put it down.
