Well my name is Katie. I have basically struggled with losing weight my whole life though I have never been over my ideal weight by much.

My weight has varied from 140 in high school to 168 in university, my weight is most often around 145-50.

I love food, both healthy and unhealthy and I like being outdoors.
I want to concentrate less on weight loss and more on muscle tone and feel energized. I would still love to have a flat, strong, core, and strong limbs! ...

My Goals:
Get fit and toned!

Say no to treats when I don't want them (ie: others are eating them).

I want to feel energized, strong, proud and capable.

Stay accountable

Track my food intake

I want to be able to keep up with my boyfriend; camping, canoeing , swimming, and biking.

Participate in fitness classes.

Deal with stress with exercise not food.

Run and feel liberated!

Sit down without feeling like covering my stomach

Feel great in any clothes

Do it for me!














My Program:
eat 1200 calories a day

Cut out processed sugar products like candy bars, ice cream etc

Bake treats once a week (indulge once and freeze, hid, or give away).

Stop filling up on quick carbs

Cook balanced, healthy meals.

drink 6 or more glasses of water a day

track calories

Have fun exercising!

Hi! I just joined the EE group and saw your post. I am also 20 years old and have struggled with my weight all my life. I weight 142 and I am 5'6. Although I am technically in the healthy range I still feel like I am too big for my frame and would like to lose a little weight. I am a full time student and I own my business so I am extremely busy. When work and school gets stressful, I distract myself by eating. I am committed to trying to change this. I feel like we are a lot alike, and I would love it if we could be fitness buddies!
