The good, the bad, and ugly

I am a thirty something SAHM and loving every moment I get to spend with my little one. I have 3 wonderful boys--my husband, baby (Who is now 5 years old) and dog. They are the loves of my lIfe.

Healthy living is one of the most important things in my life. One of the BEST things is having a satisfying healthy meals and OR having a great workout. Who could ask for more?

My Goals:
1. Drink water and take vitamins
2. Workout at least 2 times a week adding in 5 more minutes
3. Have at least one veg. style dinner
4. Try a new veggie or fruit
5. More mindful eating--it is not a race
6. Meal plan when grocery shop
7. Stretch after cardio workout
8. Weight training 1 time per week
9. Try a new recipe each week
10. Clean out pantry, fridge and freezer
11. Decide on a 5K

**I want to focus on one of these each month

My Program:
--Make an effort to eat and cook in more
--Think before eating
--Drink lots of water and take vitamins

Hi Steph,
Thanks so much for your sparkmail. I'm new to raw foods too but I can really feel the difference, in a good way, when I eat more raw. I'm struggling though. I was recently out of town for a week for school and now I want to eat everything I see. I'm working on getting back on track and reading 12 Steps to Raw Food for motivation. Good luck with your journey and keep me posted!!
