I am taking a walk on the road to better health. I need to overcome some of the roadblocks that I might meet on the way....high fat snacks, chocolate, desserts and ice cream!! I am going to jump over those speed bumps and add strength training and other cardio to my daily schedule. I am hoping to meet new people on my journey that will provide encouragement and support.
