It's a daily conscious decision to take care of myself and my health, and stop making excuses, and just do it!!!

Each day is a new beginning and a new chance be the healthiest that I can be!! I know I can do this by healthy eating, moving my body, being thankful for the health and mobility I have, by counting my blessings, and purposefully doing all of these every day. Last of all, I will continue to know and believe that with God all things truly are possible!!! and you know what.... they really are!

My Goals:
Eat clean daily.

Live daily in the attitude and behavior of a healthy lifestyle.

Lose 129 pounds.




My Program:
Whole foods, nothing processed, no refined sugar, eat as organic as possible.

Grain free.
Dairy free.
Sugar free..

30 minutes daily cardio walkiing.

Strength training 2 days a week.


Personal Information:
Born and raised in the Northeast, USA, currently living and working in Eastern Europe with my family. We are missionaries.

Other Information:
I love music, many kinds, listening to it, singing it playing it. It fills my life with joy and ministers to my soul. I love to read books about health and fitness, and I also enjoy historical fiction, and all kinds of biographies, but especially about the lives of missionaries. I love the outdoors, all of God's creation, the mountains, the ocean, and doing anything outdoors. I love camping, hiking, mountain climbing, bird watching, walking, exercising, canoeing, figure skating and travel. I love doing those things with my husband and sons as well!

The Lord and his Word the Bible, are my daily strength and guide. Without Him I can do nothing. He has blessed my life incredibly!!

For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life.

I'm challenging YOU to give me just 5 minutes of your time.

High jog in place for 1 minute!

Lets see how many seated knee lifts YOU can do in 1 minute!

Jump rope!
Don't have one? use the invisible one works just as good if not better. For 1 minute.

Wall push ups for 1 minute (or whatever version you prefer)

Visualize..Ok now get ready..Set..Throw punches of any kind for 1 minute.

This really gets your heart rate UP!

I'm hoping you will play along.

Now come on what are you waiting for?? GO on! **TAG** someone else,you know you want to!!

Keep it going my friend.

Of course you might need to modify some or ALL of these to suit YOU.

ALL that matters is that you give it your best.
