Keep on running!

In the process, I started running and found that I actually enjoyed it. It has been my greatest outlet for stress, frustration, and everything else that life throws at me. It continues to give me the instant gratification that I crave. It helps me to set goals, attainable goals, to work toward that continue to challenge and excite me. And, it has given me back my confidence, given me back my body, and given me a new outlook on what is possible.
I use SparkPeople to remind myself that there is no substitute for putting in the effort if you want to see results.
Thanks for reading about me and I wish you all the best!

Hello! I came across your page while looking for reviews of the Sugarloaf 15K....I'm going to register for it this year and wondered what others thought of it. Looks like you're up for it again this year, so it must have been okay overall. BTW, well done on achieving your goals and setting new ones! Maybe we'll cross paths at the Sugarloaf this year or the MDI Half-I love that race. I am planning on the Maine Marathon next October, but have wanted to get the gumption up to to the MDI Full...I see you're up for it in 2013, too, maybe I'll see you there as well. Have you done any of the Pineland Farms Trail Challenge races? Looks like you're Northeast a bit, so maybe it's a bit far to trek. Good luck with your new job! Run smooth...take care~Tika

hi there, thanks for your entry on the class weight thread....I couldn't see how tall you are written anywhere...maybe it's my eyes, lol.
If you are over 5' 8" then you are probrably fine, you may have found your happy weight and that's great.
best wishes, Sandra
