Loving myself
-I am a good person, and I deserve respect. -I choose to respect myself today by refusing to engage in verbal or emotional self-abuse. -I have been successful at many things I have set out to do, and I can learn to do better at the things that give me problems. I'm trying to love myself every day. I choose to focus every day on being kind to myself and taking care of myself, rather than treating my body as an enemy.

My Goals:
I'd like to be able to run a 5k. I'd like to be able to do unassisted chinups and dips. I'd like to get back to my previous stable, healthy weight of 120 pounds -- over the past 6 years, I've gained 30.
My Program:
Eating lots of whole grains, lean proteins, fruits and veggies because it makes me feel good. Doing exercise I enjoy and feel BETTER after doing -- weightlifting and walking (working up to running).
