I feel healthy but would like to lose weight and look good and eat better. I need to get up and move more often and regularly.
I am up and down like a yo-yo when it comes to losing weight and doing exercise! Have lots of company so very hard to stick to anything and lots of black flies and bugs so hard to get out to do exercise.
