You asked about if I count my calories....I count my points whatever,
goes into my mouth I write it down and then @ the end of the day,
I add it all up....my points are (49) for the day not suppose to pass,
(49) but if I do I have flex points I can use which is another (49),

But I never have to use the extra flex points..

SnowYoga,

You asked what and how I did my weight loss and you wanted me to,
share well all I can say is I Eat but when I eat my breakfast it is cereal,
or oatmeal with toast and my lunch is salad or chicken salad I actually,
eat whatever I want I just do portion control which helps me a lot and,
for my meals I use a smaller plate and I bake all my food and I also use,
pam spray in everything and no greasy foods or sweets mostly fruits,
and I don't use salt on the table and I drink my water @ every meal up until bed time...dinners are meat veggies and salads and for me no,
splenda or any kind of sugar for me...and I do go out sometimes but I,
am careful in what I eat and how much...I am a diabetic so I have to,
watch my sugar intake...I don't drink ay soda's or diet either.

I have to do this for me hope this helps my friend... emoticon
