I have learned to love to walk, lift weights, ride my recumbant bike! I no longer view exercise as a punishment, but I look forward to it. There are days I dont want to get up and go, and days when I eat way more than I know I should. But I have learned it isnt the end of the world....and I can overcome all the obstacles in my way. I am here to Spark my food, weight and exercise and thats about it.

My Goals:
My goals are to get healthy, lower my blood pressure, lose weight and exercise in some form, daily...to stop stressing over small set backs and to live a longer more productive and joyful life....just for today I will try to achieve these. Just for today!!
My Program:
walking...eating 80 or more grams of protein a day, walking, drinking as much water as I can each day, walking, taking my vitamins, high doses of vitamin d, fish oil and eating more veggies, strength training, walking, cutting out unhealthy foods and booze, and did i mention, WALKING!!!
Other Information:
"One of these days, I am going to learn to walk and get the hell out of here"....(from look whos talking too)....
