I have learned to love to walk, lift weights, ride my recumbant bike!
I no longer view exercise as a punishment, but I look forward to it.
There are days I dont want to get up and go, and days when I eat way more than I know I should.
But I have learned it isnt the end of the world....and I can overcome all the obstacles in my way.
I am here to Spark my food, weight and exercise and thats about it.

Thanks for commenting on my page. Sounds like you've got a lot of hurdles in your way. I know you'll make it through all of that and come out stronger and more determined to get healthy - whatever healthy means for you.

Good luck!

Hi Val, thank you so much for commenting on my blog. I too do a protein smoothie, but I make them at home for a fraction of the cost. I buy protein powder and add it to bananas, strawberries, spinach, and almond milk. They are very rich and creamy, and they don't taste anything at all like something healthy. LoL! They could pass for a milkshake. You can use whatever you want in them, but I use the above combination because I need fiber - you can't even taste the spinach when it's mixed with the fruits. It's way cheaper than $16 a bottle. Good luck on your journey!

Hey, Val ! Do you have a Lady Grace in your area ? I know there are a few stores dotted here and there. Lady Grace does bra fittings. I think Macy's lingerie department might too. So, if you feel you can't find a proper bra, consider getting a professional bra fitting.

I'll admit it. finding the right bra isn't easy. it's worse than trying to find a pair of jeans ! See if there is a Lady Grace close by. If not, try Macy's or some other quality department store that had a good bra department.

Hi, Val ! Thanks for the goodie and friend add !! Yes, you may feel free to exert my long winded comment to your facebook page. Definitely consider buying some 8, 10 or 12 pound weights for use at home. I will say that as the weights get bigger, they do get more expensive. I use the weights at my gym.

Also, you might consider buying a set of resistance bands. Resistance bands are another great way to strength train without using weights per se.

see ya
