Goals for Sep: 1) Prepare food plan daily 2) No alcohol 3) Continue 15 min/day exercise and add one day a week of longer outside activity
Longterm goal: Size 8-10
As soon as possible goals: 1) Feel comfortable in shorts & swimwear 2) Can breath more easily when climbing 3) Can fit in stupid small airline seats with spare room
Eat better, exercise more......focusing diet on high protein and good carbs - reducing processed sugars.
Any exercise I'm in the mood for........as well as getting in strength training to build up wimpy arms.

Oh all right....outdoor lover and a big pushover for all dogs but especially my two very spoiled Great Danes. Warped sense of humor and alwys try to see the lighter side of things because, hey, life's too short anyway to not enjoy.
