SONGBIRD2013 I've decided that this week is a rest week. Feeling totally exhausted, but not sleeping well. That plus the extra responsibilities for services for Holy Week, seems like a good time to take a break.

I want to be fit - not skinny.
But fit and healthy.

My Program:
I work out 5-6 days a week - cardio regularly and strength training 2-3 times a week.

I also walk at work 4-5 days a week

And yes, I watch what I eat.
