7/15/14~ Only I can take control of my life & weight! Recently have had a big setback, after 3 years my thyroid levels are no longer stable & all Ive been doing is gaining! Thankfully tho I will be meeting up with a Endocrinologist at the end of the month, so Im hoping to get my thyroid under control again. In the meantime, I will be getting tough & real with myself to hopefully stop & lose some of this weight again!

12/1/13 ~ Its amazing that its been over 7 yrs ago that I was 1st introduced to Spark People! In exactly 2 weeks ill be turning 32!! Where has the time gone. Looking back at old goals & losses, im still down 26 lbs from when I 1st started, I think thats awesome just inspired myself to keep moving forward!! Time to refocus & make it to my next goal.

3/4/09 ~ Im down 15 pounds now, my doctor had to make another couple adjustments to my thyroid medication & we beileve we have the right levels finally. lol Right now I just completed my workout 40 minutes Cardio & 35 minutes of Strength. I feel great & tired but a good tired. Ive also been doing the Atkins way of life, this has changed me for good. I have sooo much more energy. Less carbs, more protein & My body LOVES IT!!!

My Program:
~Im aiming to get 30+ mins of Cardio in DAILY! (See my Spark Streaks to see how Im doing w/ this.)



~Strength Training 2-3 times/ week



~Low Carb & High Protein Intake



~8+ Glasses of H2O Daily



~Laugh more, Love more, Live more.







Personal Information:
Recently have gone through some life changing events, so its a fresh new start for me. Moving forward is my only choice right now! :D
