HELLO!!!! Im a country lovin' suburban chic who just so happens to live by a city & I want to change this lifestyle of mine & be in more control. SMALL STEPS... I must keep telling myself so that those small steps become as I look back BIG STEPS!!

3/4/09 ~ NEW UPDATE!!! Im down 15 pounds now, my doctor had to make another couple adjustments to my thyroid medication & we beileve we have the right levels finally. lol Right now I just completed my workout 40 minutes Cardio & 35 ...

3/4/09 ~ NEW UPDATE!!! Im down 15 pounds now, my doctor had to make another couple adjustments to my thyroid medication & we beileve we have the right levels finally. lol Right now I just completed my workout 40 minutes Cardio & 35 minutes of Strength. I feel great & tired but a good tired. Ive also been doing the Atkins way of life, this has changed me for good. I have sooo much more energy. Less carbs, more protein & My body LOVES IT!!!

10/11/08 ~Today I hit my 1st 10lb loss GOAL!!! It may not be much, but to me, its means alot more. :) In the last 6 months I have gone through alot of ups & downs w/dealing w/my underactive thyroid. Many changes to my medication & then finding out a month ago that I have what they call Hashimotos Disease. A autoimmune disease which attacks & slowly kills your thryoid. For over 7 years or more they say I may have been dealing with this & a Under Active Thyroid is a End Result of this Disease. So I now have lost 10 lbs by them simply putting me on Biodentical T3 as I had built up a resistance to T4... AMAZING!!!
Update 4/5/08
Today Im going to take a fresh NEW STEP forward, leave the past behind & do something daily to KEEP stepping forward! Here I go...

My Goals:
Lose 30lbs by the 15th of April for my 2nd trip to Chicago.

Hit my 10% Goal by the end of April.

More definition & toning of my body.

Overall I would love to lose 100 lbs or more.

I want to get fit overall to gain more strength & especially ENERGY!

My Program:
~Im aiming to get 35+ mins of Cardio in DAILY! (See my Spark Streaks to see how Im doing w/ this.)

~Strength Training 2-3 times/ week

~Low Carb & High Protein Intake

~8+ Glasses of H2O Daily

~Laugh more, Love more, Live more.

Live in Buffalo, Ny.

I work fulltime taking care of the mentally handicapped.

I love my friends and family.

Im one of Jehovah's Witnesses and love to teach individuals about the bible.

I enjoy taking trips & traveling.

Other Information:
