GO BLUE!

I'm a St. Louis transplant just trying to find the time and motivation to eat healthier, prepare more foods at home, and run outside for a few miles a few times a week.

Currently I am only running 1-2x a week for a mile to three each time and walking in the evenings most days. This is fine, but not where I have been in the past and not where I would like to be in terms of fitness and routine.

18 days?! So you're saying my 14 days was actually a good thing?! Maybe I shouldn't knock my vitaminwater habit after all!

I don't know, that article needed better descriptions of when coughs are bad and when they are okay to let run that course. Coming from someone who had pneumonia once, I don't want to wait another one of those out! lol

I hope you feel better soon! Whatever this bug is that's going around sure is an annoying one, boo!
