My Goals:
Nov. 9, 2011 Initial goal weight met, 150 pounds

New Goal: to lose 7 more pounds before the end of 2011 at which time I will not be in the unhealthy BMI range anymore and if I lose any more weight than 25 pounds altogether, it's all a bonus!

Ultimate Goal:
to keep this weight I have lost off forever by continuing to make healthy eating choices and exercising regularly.

My Program:
- Lots of Freggies
- Regular exercise
- H2O, H2O and more H2O
- Accountability and Perseverance with SP
- A balance of cardio and ST
- Keeping a positive outlook on life in general

Personal Information:
I am from BC, Canada, married for the second time to a really great guy who works hard all day outside and eats a lot and does not put on weight. I work full time out of the home and in our orchard when I am able and love riding horses, walking and reading.

I have two kids from my first marriage: 21 and 15. They have been through a lot and I am proud of who they are.

Thanks Wendy for giving me a boot in the arse! Needed it to do my exercise today. I'll be doing ST tomorrow, Saturday and Monday, no worries. Sometimes I still have a little trouble motivating myself with TNT but I always do it since I can see the benefits with my walking, balance, hiking, yoga...Everything!

I need humour to kick myself into gear some weeks! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
