My Goals:
I'm looking at losing 1.5 pounds per week, hey if I lose more great. I'm trying to set my goals in a positive way so that I'm able to achieve them.
My Program:
I'm trying to keep my daily calories between 1200-1500 per day. I'm planning to excercise at least 4 times a week for 30 minutes each time.
