Hi Soph: Just dropping by to thank you for joining us in the 3 lb challenge. Don't feel bad about staying the same...I gained. I'm in the process of getting rid of that pound and at least one more before next Tuesday. Keep on keeping on. You are on the right track. It will all pay off soon. dear soph..

thanks for the comment as it did help me not to binge again the next day... but yesterday, i did not go to the gym as i was tied with some work and had to attend an interview.

And now, i am all geared up to go for my kickboxing class and just cant wait to melt away what i put on (it was a little bout 0.4 kgs) but am a bit puzzled if its water weight or i actually did gain fats (which i guess is really silly to put on that much in just a day)... ha ha ....

you did encourage me a lot .. thanks gurl..
