Thanks for your comment on my blog! I really enjoyed taking the pictures so I could share the walk with my Spark Friends. Walking for the spirit means that you can go a slow as you like and stop as often as you like. I recommend places with benches where one can sit a bit and just enjoy nature. We are very lucky to have such places within walking distance from our house. 1620 days ago
Welcome to Friday Weigh In's! Make sure to come and be accountable. I'll be looking for you! I had a terrible week this week, and almost talked myself out of doing my WI. But then I thought, if I don't know where I am this week, how will I know how well I did NEXT week, when I eat better, am more active and drink all my water? I want to know where I am so I can see the successes along the way.
