Heard about this from a friend... Going to try it out. :-) Have some big goals that I would like to work towards. This looks like an awesome website to track it. Thanks Taren!

A little about me... I am 31 years old, I wear many different hats for in life. I have a small photography business (senior pics, events, portraits, weddings, sexy boudoir photos) and I also run another small business I work on the weekends.

My friends mean the world to me... I loves them! For the most part I am a nice, upbeat person. I like to joke around... A lot! ... Kinda sarcastic sometimes. Like to laugh and be playful with friends.

I would really love the support of my friends and family to help me drop some of the weight I carry around. My ultimate goal is to loose 200 pounds. I really need a kick in the pants to get into a routine and healthy habits.

Doing more physical activities would be fun too. Hiking, skiing, going for walks, something new and exciting! I don't care... Anything to get me more active. I feel like I am always in a rush and on the go with work, and my business and friends and family... So overwhelming at times! But I have to take the time and make it a priority for me.

Would be great to make some friends with similar goals. We can challenge each other! :-)

To get back into the healthy routine needed to drop 150-200 over the next year or two!

My Program:
I am going off of what I learned in the Jenny Craig program a few years ago... Only I am substituting my own food for theirs. Portion control, low sodium, and basically following the food pyramid to a t using lean meats, lots of veggies, wholesome carbs, getting enough dairy and calcium that I need as a woman etc. That and at LEAST 10,000 steps a day, plenty of water and taking a daily vitamin and incorporating physical activity/working out at least 3 times a week. (That's my program in a nutshell... But damn it, its kinda late and I'm sure I forgot something! Lol.)
