Diet control is key. Since I've been here, I've learned a lot about portion size and eating habits. I'm back to working out 5-6 days a week. I still need to work on evening eating and that 12-hour fast that I believe in.
I'm a librarian and a Francophile who loves good food, good wine, and good books, not necessarily in that order. I live the southeastern United States and love to travel and to try new dishes.
