OK...THIS TIME I'M SERIOUS!

When I turned 40..I said I would be at my goal weight. Then when I turned 50 I said the same thing. I'm facing 60 in 4 more years. I have no idea why I have successfully staved off high blood pressure and diabetes thus far. I gotta do this, it's now or never. Anyone who reads this please keep me in your prayers. God bless you! ♥

My Goals:
I would like to meat my goal weight of 150 lbs. I am only 5" 1" and should weigh less, but I need to be realistic and the last time I weighed 150 lbs. was the last time I had any good memories of my weight.

My Program:
I started the SouthBeach Diet on May 27, 2013. Getting through Phase 1.....not easy.

Ok...I haven't been commenting on my page lately. I am still here and chugging along with my phase 2. I lost 6lbs. after the first two weeks on phase 1 emoticon . I transitioned into phase 2 and after one week I weighed myself and I GAINED!!! emoticon I got so bummed that I refuse to weigh mysel againf. I've noticed my clothes fit looser, but I won't get on the scale, not yet anyway. I know I need to be more vigilant in my daily exercise. I know it would excel my weight loss. Today 7/1/13 I made stuffed cabbage rolls. They were very good with brown rice and green beans for dinner. I'm off to Trader Joes tomorrow to look for brown rice tortillas and gluten free bread. I'm not gluten intolerant, but I get uncontrollable cravings when I eat wheat. So that's all for now...Souldiegirl signing off. ♥
