My Goals:
Enter a summary of your goals, or just a few you would like to share. My mail goal is to lose 20 lbs and become more active.

My Program:
Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals. Since it is winter right now, I'm limited to working out in side mostly. I spend 1 1/2-2 hours three days a week at the YMCA. I hope to get out and ride my bike on the trails.
