I see you just joined the No S Diet team. It's a reasonable way to live and greatly reduces the worst excesses of most of us, which is its real intent. As wit most successful eating changes, what is going on after a year is even more important than what will go on in the first weeks, but going on diets has caused most of us to pay way more attention than is needed at the beginning, usually because diets ask for so many changes that we feel we have to be hyper-alert. If only we could sneak in the habits without even knowing it!
This could be a challenging time of year to implement the plan, but it could also be a life saver. You can definitely still enjoy all the array of holiday foods, just at limited times.
